The conference is being organized in collaboration with Frontiers Journal, and authors are invited to submit their full papers in a special issue of the prestigious Q1 Frontiers in Psychology journal.

Organizer: Gulf University for Science and Technology in Kuwait 


GCPPLE is an interdisciplinary community of scholars dedicated to research in language education and positive psychology tied to innovation in theory, methods, and teaching/learning practice. It invites researchers, faculty, and teachers to share studies on a range of topics pertaining to achievement, engagement, assessment, motivation, emotions, well-being, and constructs such as optimism, a sense of belonging, and character values.

To continue with the aforementioned efforts for positive psychology in language education, the Conference will address teaching strategies, language pedagogy, the flourishing teacher, student engagement, and achievement, among others, to equip educators with the necessary skills for everyone’s well-being in the classroom environment. Discussions among participants of the Conference on the implementation of positive psychology in the classroom will also tackle critical issues concerning language pedagogy.
